Are you looking to make a change, but not sure where to start or how to make it work around busy family life or work commitments?
Move away from over-restrictive unsustainable diets and learn how to achieve great results while feeling more energised.
My all-inclusive approach isn’t about quick fixes, but about empowering you to become a fitter, healthier version of yourself, creating sustainable habits that are in line with your goals, focusing on six pillars of success:
If you enjoy the process the results will follow.
Health and fitness has always been a huge part of my life. I trained as a dancer, and enjoyed taking part in triathlons and other sports.
However, it was during my maternity leave that I really discovered the positive impact on mental and physical health that exercise can have, especially when considered alongside nutrition and lifestyle.
It was at this time that I knew I wanted to support and empower others to take control of their health and fitness by helping make positive and sustainable changes to their fitness, diet and lifestyle.
As a result, I left my job in finance (and the long commute) and retrained as a personal trainer.

Regular exercise has so many benefits to our health and wealth being including help improve your mood and energy levels, improve sleep quality, maintain and build strong bones and muscles and reduce the risk of chronic disease.
Whatever your goal, nutrition will play a key part in your success.
My approach is to keep things simple. No food is off limits, but instead I look at how to incorporate all the things you like into a balanced and sustainable diet.
Poor sleep leads to lack of energy and motivation, poor memory and judgement, slower recovery, increased hunger and decreased immune system.
All of which are not helpful when trying to establish habits and achieve goals. Prioritising sleep can help all the other pieces of the puzzle fall into place.
It is impossible to avoid stress in your life.
Learning how to work with day to day stress and understanding your own personal coping mechanisms can help reduce the negative impact stress can have on your body.
In order to succeed, your lifestyle needs to match your goals.
Making small changes to day to day movement and social activities can add up to a big long term sustainable change.
When starting out on a fitness journey it is very tempting to over commit and not allow yourself time to recover. This leads to a drop in motivation, and an increased risk of injury.
Focusing on proper recovery, and ways to help aid recovery can help you stay on track.
