If so, small group training is for you!
The sessions are for 2-5 friends and can either be in your home / outdoor space, or in the garden outside my studio.
Programmes are designed specifically for the needs of the group, incorporating team challenges to keep energy high throughout the sessions.
If you are looking for a 100% personalised programme tailored to your goals, current ability level and preference then the bespoke 1-2-1 package is for you.
Based in my home studio, the 1-2-1 sessions are designed for you to make the greatest progression in a safe, guided, and fun environment.
If you are looking to get stronger, fitter, or lose weight, the sessions will not only work on exercise, but also offer guidance on nutrition and lifestyle with the goal of making sustainable change.
I recommend that, where possible, you commit to 2+ sessions a week to maximise your results. Monthly payment (based on 48 weeks in 52):
£140 for 1 session a week
OR
£250 for 2 sessions a week
What is it?
- A 6 or 12 week training programme designed specifically for you and your personal goals.
- The programme is designed to work with whatever equipment you have access to and to work with your schedule.
- Your programme will be accessed via an app, allowing you to track your progress, and watch videos on each exercise.

1) How to continually see results and progress your workouts
2) Free core programme.
